Meet Coach Peter Aldridge
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. Following his competitive career, Coach Aldridge remained deeply involved in cycling by sharing his experience with the next generation of athletes.
As a cycling coach and mentor, he has helped riders develop not only their physical abilities but also the discipline, confidence, and mental strength required to compete at the highest levels. His decades of international racing experience continue to benefit aspiring cyclists throughout Jamaica.
Since Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica in 2025, Peter has supported the Jamaica Tourism Board (JTB) Pedal Power for Jamaica relief and recovery efforts.

Olympic Career
Peter Aldridge proudly represented Jamaica in track cycling at three consecutive Olympic Games:

Peter Coaching Juniors Group Coach Peter has guided numerous Jamaican Juniors from the youth ranks up to Category 2 championships.

Honouring a Legacy: The Peter Aldridge & Ted Gray Classics
In April of 2024 and 2025, Coach Peter hosted the Ted Gray Memorial Cycling Classic and the Inaugural Peter Aldridge 2-Day Cycling Classic in Jamaica. Held in honor of his longtime mentor, Ted Gray, these events reflect Peter's deep passion for developing the next generation of riders.
The classics welcome and reward cyclists of all ages, genders, and skill levels—from health-conscious beginners to elite road and gravel racers.

Omnium Champions! Congratulations!
Coach Peter and Khalil Francis receive a custom Bahati-branded skinsuit from Rahsaan Bahati celebrating Khalil's Cat 3 Omnium win at the Chicago Grit 10 day series. Rahsaan Bahati won first place in Men’s Masters 40+Divison racing for Texas Roadhouse Cycling Team. Peter coached Khalil to many wins and sideline coached others to their best performances.

Peter Aldridge has long been an ambassador for Jamaican cycling, promoting the island as both a competitive training destination and a beautiful place to ride.
Among the memorable moments in his career is hosting seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong during a visit to Jamaica, introducing him to the island's scenic yet demanding roads. In the accompanying photograph, Aldridge is pictured alongside his radio station DJ sponsor, Black Uhuru, while sharing Jamaica's unique cycling environment with Armstrong.
Throughout his career, Aldridge has demonstrated that Jamaica's challenging terrain, warm climate, and passionate cycling community make the island an exceptional place for both training and competition.
